Hi Pete,
Yes I'm in Evolution, I'm trying to add a Gmail account to Evolution for
the first use. I have no email accounts configured. This happens when I try
to add one via Evolution.
I ran the command you suggested and the only thing that happened was I got
an error: "ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file:
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstva.so"
But that's it.
I was going to try running it through Gnome Debugger but there was no
process number or anything like that. Plus I don't know that it'd be that
useful.

I realize Gnome Keyring handles storing the keys etc, but this was fixed by
installing seahorse the last time I had this problem.
Next idea?

PS if this is top posting I aplogize but gmail's web page doesn't let me
switch it.
