[Evolution-users] "/:" instead of ":" in Contact Notes

Many Contacts in my address book contain extensive notes, in which
colons (:) often appear. When I view these notes in Evolution 3.52.3-
0ubuntu1 (native installation under Ubuntu Studio 24.04 LTS), each
colon is preceded by a slash. The slash doesn't appear in any other app
viewing the same addresses:
Outlook (MS365) under Windows 10 22H2
Apple Contacts under iPadOS 18.6.2
Samsung Contacts under Android 15
