Since Luigi hasn't said why he wants to rebuild the databases, it seems
a considerable stretch to think that your problem is in any way
related. It might be, it might not be, but no-one with a similar
problem to yours is going to think this thread is what they're looking
for.

I'd suggest starting a new thread under a more relevant subject line to
discuss this.
