you are right, the sent folder can be reset, but not when the server is
slow, it's when the store explicitly claims the folder was deleted. In
case of IMAP, it can sometimes also mean when the folder was
unsubscribed, including unsubscribed for the code, not only by the
user.

I think there was something similar, causing the filter folders being
reset in certain situation (as you mentioned the filters too), but I do
not recall the details right now.

Is the 3.60.0 your version? That surely contains that related change.
