Hello Wolf,
as I assume that you can read german text, I would recommend to read
the posts at
https://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/versand-mit-evolution-flatpak-aus-libreoffice-/

There you see, how to enable a flatpak version of evolution to work
with LibreOffice (e.g. send as email attachment). Its more a flatpak
theme than evolution.
