OK, got it sorted!

You need to re-subscribe to your colleagues calendars, when migrating
from on prem Exchange to MS Online or whatever it is called today.

https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/calendar will show "My Calendar" and
probably "People's Calendars", which will probably show your
colleague's calendars, that you have added over time, perhaps via
Outlook or even via Evo EWS (I think mine were, because I have not used
Outlook in many years).  There may be some more lists too.

Go through the various lists and remove them and re-add them, using
Outlook online.  Add Calendar, Add from Directory, pick your account,
etc etc.  Right click on your Evo Outlook online calendar identity and
"Refresh list of account calendars".  They should populate quickly and
you should not need to restart Evo.
