	Hi,
it sometimes happens the libsecret or some other part misbehaves (I do
not really blame libsecret, it's more like something with the
password/credentials storage) and it does not cure until the evolution
and evolution-data-server processes are restarted. I though it happens
shortly after login, like some timing issue, but I saw it also in the
middle of the day. I see it very rarely, but I know it can happen.

Well, I do not know whether you face exactly what I have on my mind,
it's just the symptoms are similar.

Run from a terminal:

    evolution --force-shutdown

and once it's done run Evolution again. Hope it'll help.
