There *should* be no problems - if you (can) access your mail via the
web, the IMAP view of the mail should be very similar.

Now, I say *should* be no problems, but you should approach it with an
abundance of caution: primarily make sure you have a good backup of
Evolution.  First create a new IMAP account within Evolution that
points to the mail server (the details should be on the support pages)
- you should fairly quickly see if it works.  Then turn off your POP
account in Evolution.  If you need messages that have been downloaded
by POP and no longer exist on the server, then just copy them into the
IMAP account in Evolution. (Make sure you turn off the POP account
first, otherwise it will just re-download them and you'll end up with
duplicate messages - turning off the POP account will not remove the
messages that have already been downloaded.)
