[Evolution-users] convert from POPj to IMAP

Looking more closely at this, we have several issues to deal with:
In the existing POP-mail environment, the client-side (Evolution) is out
of sync with the server-side Webmail. The Evolution side is current and
is what the user has worked with, and it doesn't match the web side.
It's 80%-90% synced.
But in IMAP (as I understand it), even though client and server sync
continuously, when IMAP is initiated, the service starts (or sees its
"source") as the server side. is that right? My question is, do we need
to clean up the existing server-side / client-side mismatch manually, or
is there another way?
Thanks
Reid
