Hi Rob,
Just a suggestion for you is check the keyrings.
Passwords are held in that and I have had problems where my store has
been damaged.
In my case I just delete and let if make a new one as it turns out only
the evolution connection password for pop is in there.
If you have many passwords etc in there then move it out the way, check
if problem then is fixed and put it back again.
Then decide how to fix the keyrings, or as in my case just start again
and let it build a new set.
