	Hi,
the first thing you'd need to do is to ask the Google developers to
pass the COLOR information in the CalDAV API. Then it'll be fixed for
each and every CalDAV client.

As they do not do it, asking Evolution developers to do it nicely or
not won't help, because the information is not provided by the server
at all.

An option would be to not use CalDAV, but frankly, it's too much work
to first even implement it, and them to maintain it.
