[gsoc-dev] [GWM] 0.9.2 develop branch settings problem

Hello Justin,

[Sorry I missed replying to this earlier.]

I had this problem on the develop branch itself.
I do remember copying settings.py.dist to settings.py rather than using the
previous settings file.
(Still have to recheck, if I didn't switch to some other branch before I
did the copy)

To solve this problem I added these parameters to my settings file manually
and everything works well now.
Yes, the meaning of these parameters definitely helps.
