[gsoc-dev] Bi-weekly report: weeks 5 & 6

I thought I won't be sending more of these bi-weekly reports, but... oh well.

This fortnight I wrote documentation for django-object-permissions
([1] and [2]) which is now successfully hosted on ReadTheDocs [3].

I've also integrated Django Object Permissions with Travis-CI [4].
Maybe it's due to environment configuration (Django 1.4.5, Python 2.6
& 2.7), but we have lots of tests failing.

I was fiddling around with both Sphinx and Travis, that's why it took
so long. Should be faster now that I know what to do with other
packages.

How's in charge of pushing new releases to PyPI?
