Great work. I'm glad to see this.

Firstly, it looks like its failing because the ROOTURL setting isn't
set in the Django project settings. That should be fixed, and if the
tests still fail, then we can look into it more.

As far as PyPI, that would be Ken, he should be able to work with you
on that tomorrow or friday.
