[gsoc-dev] Gsoc Proposal Guide

Hello,

I am Shivam, interested in network programming, data analysis, also did
work on django framework used django-registration app, mysql, knowledge of
big data analysis.
I am python and java programmer, did a lot of projects on python.

I got Protein Geometry Database (PGD) as interesting project for me to
participate in GSOC 2015. I have knowledge of technologies used in this
project.
I want to write a proposal for this project, will you please guide me
toward this.
