[gsoc-dev] Is OSL going to host Google Summer of Code this year?

Hi OSU OSL,

   - Is OSL going to host Google Summer of Code this year?


   - The GSoC website says "Students apply beginning in March, 2018." So do
   I need to submit a proposal/application to OSL before OSL's decision to
   participate or I have to have for your announcement?
