[Intel-wired-lan] [net] MAINTAINERS: Update Intel Wired LAN reviewers

[Jeff Kirsher]

Since Matthew has moved on to other pastures and no longer works
for Intel, remove him from the list of reviewers and add Bruce
Allan as his replacement.
