Jeff,

It looks like when you dropped Nicholas Krause's recent patches to fm10k you broke
Alex' v2 patch titled "fm10k: Cleanup exception handling for changing queues" which
now results in the warnings below.

Please fix it up or let me know if you would like me to send a patch.
