[Intel-wired-lan] Latest dev-queue pull has i40e VFs reporting "Device still in reset"

I reverted https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/jkirsher/next-queue.git/commit/?h=dev-queue&id=950b80a22d989bea5e4ed016d1e1160f2de08d57
as Andrew had suggested trying and it did resolve my issue.

I look forward to the official fix.
