[Intel-wired-lan] Need to drop duplicate patches from dev-queue

So it looks like the tree is a bit mangled at the moment because there
are mangled versions of the following patches still in the queue even
though they were merged into net-next:
"intel: ixgbevf: Support Windows hosts (Hyper-V)"
    and
"ixgbevf: Use mac_ops instead of trying to identify NIC type"
