I haven't really looked at this much, but a brief glance suggests that a 
lot of the comments from the i40e and ixgbe files apply to this.  I 
would guess they probably apply to the rest of the files.

Does FdirPballoc even show up in this driver?  Or any other module 
parameters?  Is there a FlowDirector in fm10k - I don't see it in its 
ethtool.c code?
