Maintain 2.4.1 Bug Report from abramss

It would be great to have the KICKIT feature. I realize you would not want everyone to have this feature, but there are a few people I think we can trust to use it when it needed - namely Network Services and more specific in my case iNOC.

It can even POPUP a warning or reminder for its use or a limited number of them per 24 hour period.

Typically the 10 - 30 minute wait is not a problem, when it becomes a problem is during critical recovery deployments where a new MAC is being added.

The additional delay of the process (10-30 mins) adds to the MTTR and the delay of service to the user base.
