If we were to remove these documents there would need to be beyond extensive non-inlined documentation.  If we want to keep them incorporated, we may want to make a datalist with all the help documents in the system in a searchable format.  This would enable there to be help available within Maintain.  The inline help always confused me with some of the things it was placed around.  If you are administering a network, do you really need a help file to tell you what a hostname is?
