Brad Morgan updated MNT-1583:
-----------------------------

    Description:
This isn't that big of a deal now that I see how it works.

I'm going to switch some things up so that ranges behave like everything else in maintain. If you access the range datalist from anywhere else but the admin panel, it will only give you the ranges in the zone you happen to be in. And if a full admin wants to manage all the ranges they can do that from the admin panel.

was:The range datalist tries to filter out ranges that don't belong to the zone the user belongs to when it get all of its data. However it just asks the range dbdo what zone it is in, and a range doesn't know what zone/s it belongs to. This means that all users who view the range datalist will see all ranges in all zones, and this is not good. This may be an easy fix, but I'm unfamiliar with DB_DataObjectDataList's and so it will take some digging for me.
