As a full admin, when you click on "bandwidth report" on a zone home page, it is showing hosts outside of that zone.  It should only show the hosts for that zone.

As a zone admin, the bandwidth report link is not available.  There is a link that says "Test" next to "Graph Test".  I'm not sure what it is supposed to be showing me, however.
