This is a patch that will make it so the install SQL file will install the DNS and DHCP modules by default.  Note, they will not be ENABLED by default as they need to be configured, they will simple be installed.  The documentation should be updated to reflect that they need to configure and enable these modules afterward to actually have the config files be built.
