[Maintain] Maintain3 trunk checkout returns 403 forbidden error

Hey guys, looks like Maintain 3's svn repo is having issues. Tried doing a
checkout of trunk and got a permission error.

$ svn co http://svn.osuosl.org/public/maintain-project/trunk maintain
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/public/maintain-project/trunk'
svn: PROPFIND of '/public/maintain-project/trunk': 403 Forbidden (
http://svn.osuosl.org)
