[Png-mng-security] libpng-1.2.35rc02 and libpng-1.0.43rc02 are available

libpng-1.2.35rc02 and libpng-1.0.43rc02 are available from
http://www.simplesystems.org/users/glennrp/sbo/lp1235r02

There was a typo in one of the png_memset() calls, thereby
validating John Bowler's assertion that png_calloc() would be
easier to maintain than png_malloc();png_memset().

I think the problem was only cosmetic.  png_sizeof(png_colorp)
should have been png_sizeof(png_charp).  Both have the value 4,
I believe.
