[Png-mng-security] libpng-1.4.0beta48 is available

libpng-1.4.0beta48 is available at
http://www.simplesystems.org/users/glennrp/sbo/lp140b48

This implements png_calloc() and uses it wherever libpng-1.2.35rc03
uses "png_malloc();png_memset()".

I plan to release libpng-1.2.35, 1.0.43, and 1.4.0beta48 publicly on
Thursday 19 February 2009.
