Possibly not.  Funding for community relations tends to go way up
and way down from year to year, depending on how things are selling,
and the mood of the executives.  The more-or-less single person who
is in charge of getting these things placed out there is not likely to be
logging in to see if anyone is using them .. assuming this one-single
person hasn't been re-budgeted to work on other things.

Personally, I think it'd be slick if some new 32-way Power6's got
placed in these labs ...
