[Replicant] Backup EFS help

Hello,

When I try `sudo adb shell' for backing up my i9300's EFS and the Phone
is running the Recovery, adb says:


* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
error: device unauthorized.
This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set
Try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong.
Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.


How can I backup my EFS nonetheless?
