Ah I understand what went wrong. I based my work on top of master
instead of the replicant-6.0 branch which is more recent.

For now, I've pushed the first Acked patch to replicant-6.0-dev that
was created along the way.

Should we delete the master branch or should we sync it with
replicant-6.0?

I think that deleting the master branch would make more sense here as
it would prevent confusion and mistakes like this one.

As for libsamsung-ipc's master branch, I remember that it was used by
SHR, which was GNU/Linux distribution for smartphones. I'm not sure
if SHR is still active, and if they are active, if they still use
libsamsung-ipc.
