I've rebased the replicant 6 branches on top of master for both
libsamsung-ril and libsamsung-ipc. After verifying that they compiled I
pushed them.

I've also pushed the patches that you reviewed on top, thanks for the
reviews!

For the rest of the patches, as there is no direct impact for users in
having them merged now, and that libsamsung-ril and libsamsung-ipc are
critical components, I'll wait more time in the hope of getting them
reviewed.

I'm also working on more intrusive changes on top of theses two
patch sets that I'll send for review when they are ready.
