[Replicant] Add Ethernet support for the Galaxy Nexus (I9250)

Hi,

It would be nice to have Ethernet support as the Internal WiFi chip
doesn't work with free software.

It would will make testing faster as you don't need to enter a WiFi
password or to setup a custom access point without password specifically
for that.

It's not 100% reliable as it didn't work the first time I tried, but
all the subsequent tests worked fine.

I tested it with an official Samsung usb host cable and a 10/100
Ethernet card that is compatible with the asix driver.

Once the card is plugged in, no setup is required, and at the end
an icon that looks like "<->" appears on the top bar.
At that point the device has automatically done a dhcp and everything
is configured.

I didn't test if all the appliations detected fine that there is a
valid connection but for some, this is sufficent to be able to
download things from the Internet.
