[Replicant] First patchset to ship replicant scripts

Hi, this has to be applied to the replicant/user-scripts.git
repository.

I think it would also be a good idea to rename the repository
in replicant-scripts or something like that to make it more 
clear that the scripts are part of Replicant and are not
from some third party as:
- The scripts will now be shipped in Replicant
- They are in replicant/ namespace for git and we can review the
  scripts as well on the mailing list.

The screencap script can also be useful for developers that are only
using the device under test for testing.
