[Replicant] [libsamsung-ril] Small patches to improve testing.

These two patches enable to build libsamsung-ril with Guix.

An unofficial guix package for libsamsung-ril is available here: [1].

Using guix to build this package locally can make compilation tests
faster: the build can easily be tweaked to include some of the Replicant
9 CFLAGS that makes the compilation of libsamsung-ril fail.

As more changes than CFLAGS are needed to compile under Replicant 9 and
10, it's a good thing to be able to test that separately.
