[Replicant] [hardware_ti_omap4] [PATCH] Workaround slow llvmpipe

Hi,

This should bring the defaults graphics's speed in pair with
libagl for omap4 devices.

So while we don't have the compatibility advantages of llvmpipe
anymore, the devices are usable as-is.

So if users miss the releases notes somehow, they'd still end
up with a working device.

Ideally the proper fix would be to fix ti_hwc but I don't have
the time to do that, as I prefer to spend time on Replicant 11
instead.
