[Replicant] Device donation: GT-N7105

Sorry for the double-post, but I accidentally buried the previous
message in another thread.

I've a GT-N7105 ('European' band LTE Note II) that I'd like to ship to
whomever is most likely to use it in furtherance of replicant support for
LTE devices.
