[Replicant] [libsamsung-ril] Fix compilation failure due to libsamsung-ipc typo fixes

Hi,

As there were some typo fixes in libsamsung-ipc, we need to adjust
libsamsung-ril as well. This should make libsamsung-ril compile again on
Replicant 6.0 and the images for several devices compiles again with
these patches.

In addition to the patches that will follow in a response to
