[Replicant] v2 for "scripts: modem: rework the user interface and other small fixes"

Hi,

I've fixed the previous issues:
- In [PATCH 1/8] modem: rework script user interface, 
  Android.mk has now been modified.
- In [PATCH 7/8] modem: setup.sh: fix  adb push,
  I've modified the commit to also point to the bug that introduced one
  of the issues.

In addition to the patch that will follow in a response to
