[Replicant] [www.replicant.us] Add FAQ entry about Replicant name and fix formatting

Hi,

Here are two small patches. It will hopefuly help Wikipedia about
the origin of the name "Replicant" and also make it easier to
contribute to the about.php page.

In addition to the patches that will follow in a response to
