[Replicant] [vendor_replicant-scripts] Fix functional tests

Hi,

The tests directory has code to test the installation of Replicant 6.0
0003, and the upgrade from Replicant 6.0 0003 to 0004 RC5, but they
were broken.

This patch set should fix that. I've tested it with the
tests/src/install-replicant-6.0-0003.py script with a GT-I9300.

In addition to the patches that will follow in a response to
