making replicant a distribution

With the news from froyo which should make it possible to create a fully
free Android mod and an aptoide repository we would finally be able to
create a fully free Android/Linux distribution.

I've got no experience with the challenges of maintaining a Linux
Distribution. Does anyone on the list? It seems like we just need the
repositories and an installer (rom).

slightly off topic:
I've also contacted the guy behind openandroidalliance.org and he told
me we could use the domain and the google code project if we've got any
use for it.
