If that field of use restriction applies to the ROM image though, it's
still an issue regardless of whether it's really part of the software or
not. (I'd be inclined to argue it's data).

A similar package for comparison might be VICE. They seem to have no
problems distributing the images with that, but the Debian package
specifically excludes the system ROM and you have to download it
yourself. It might be possible to do the same thing, but people may
still wish to argue that it's non-free software since it's only purpose
is to run non-free software?

Anyway, I've removed this from the F-Droid repo, at least for now.
