Replicant switching from Trac to Redmine

Yesterday, we contacted OSUOSL people for various questions regarding
the Replicant trac instance administration.

It turned out that OSUOSL people would prefer not to manage trac at all
and asked people using trac to switch to redmine, which is easier to
manage for them. As we were not aware of this, we quickly discussed
about it and decided that using redmine would be great too.

As a result, we agreed to let OSUOSL people migrate our trac instance to
redmine. They seemed confident that no data will be lost, I hope they're
right!

I'll keep sending updates to this thread as soon as I have more infos
about when the migration si going to take place and what the new
Wiki/Tracker address will be like.
