I guess Paypal or bitcoins are the best options for abroad payment.

However, we have to wait for details. It is currently a lively discussion
at IRC on who is going to maintain an SGS2 port. The conclusion so far from
what I have understood is that the main developers have devices enough to
fill their time and what is needed is more developers.

Good to know that this idea is supported by the community anyway. Let us
hold for a moment and see where this leads.
