GTA04 touchscreen and boot.img.

Hi,

1) shouldn't we put the boot.img in a partition like /system and make
the bootloader load it?

3) I've some issues with touchscreen on linux 3.7 under replicant 4.0:
3a) it doesn't click event if has BTN_TOUCH...I'll investigate with:
    getevent -l /dev/input/event0
3b) X is inverted...I should workarround in userspace I guess, but I
didn't find any good property for that in the idc.
