We have already started the evaluation of the Nexus 7:

We concluded it wasn't the best target for us to work on, but if you
already have the device, the skills and time to work on it, it's worth a
shot. We are basically worried about the graphics speed since some Tegra
platforms didn't have NEON (but I think the one in the Nexus 7 has it).
Moreover, the Tegra plateform and Asus don't release much source code
for their device, so we might be stuck with no free replacements for
some parts (audio, camera, etc).
