[PATCHES] Replicant on GTA04

Hi Replicant developers!

I've recently worked a little bit on Replicant for the Goldelico GTA04
devices (e.g. Letux 2804, Letux 3704). Now I'd like to upstream my first
patches, which improve the boot experience for those devices.

My first patch (0001-add-480x480-bootanimation.zip.patch) introduces a
new bootanimation.zip in the vendor_replicant layer, which is the
Replicant logo in a squared format. This logo is used by the second
patch (0001-use-480x480-bootanimation-and-default-kernel-splash.patch)
in the device_goldelico_gta04 layer, so the bootlogo isn't chopped at
the edges any more.

Furthermore, the second patch gets rid of the gta04 initlogo.rle in
favour of the default "A N D R O I D" text splash, as the initlogo.rle
is dependent on the specific framebuffer of a device and we'd like to
have a universal system for several GTA04 based devices.

Please give me your feedback on those patches or apply them upstream, if
they are OK.
