It sounds like the FreeCygn script needs improving. Or at least a new
ticket should be filed.

CyanogenMod may have started as a free mod to ASOP, but these days,
CyanogeMod Inc. is a startup with a business model, so you should expect
them to treat user privacy like most other startups... :-(
